Light games, 3D re-constructions of aquatic areas, musical sequences, documentary videos and interactive programs: all your senses are awakened to the rhythm of the collections. La Grande Galerie de l'Évolution exhibits thousands of animal specimens. True to life settings are used to tell the tale of this astonishing evolution.
On the first floor, you come nose to nose with a caravan of elephants, lions, rhinoceros and other animals placed in their natural habitats. The guided tours explain in detail the transformation of a cell into a living creature, or even the evolution of man and the impact he has on his environment. In the basement, the temporary exhibitions prolong and complete the permanent collections. Stop by the restaurant la Baleine (the whale): beautiful greenery on the terrace for a tasteful modern cuisine.
