At first glance nothing distinguishes this café from other Parisian bistros. The same zinc bar, the same bar stools, the same bare ochre-coloured walls. By day, only the menu stands out for its attractive prices (generous dishes and large salads for around €10).

By night, the Café des Sports is unrivalled for partying. The highly-charged party atmosphere which prevails here in the evening is completely unique! With a rich and varied musical programme, the bar offers DJ sets (DJ Bastos, DJ Escobar, Pierre Wax), as well as rock, pop and reggae concerts (often after-shows by performers, improvised after their concerts at the Maroquinerie or the Bellevilloise next door).

This trendy café has retained all its simplicity and friendliness, however. Parisians of all ages and all backgrounds meet here to party, enjoy the (free) Monday evening couscous evenings and the tennis, basketball and golf tournaments organized… on games consoles!
