The Russian and Central European specialties of this house, located in the Jewish quarter of the Marais, have delighted galloping gourmets since 1946. Today, this family affair has managed to modernise its menu without losing it's tradition.
Fish eggs, eggplant caviar, bread and pastries have made this shop the irrefutable reference in Jewish gastronomy. But don't be misled: though creativity is the order of the day, traditional dishes are always a sure bet to the great delight of all connoisseurs. The famous Russian Vatrouchka with cream cheese and the Viennese Strudel have not aged a day!
