Marithé and François Girbaud met in the revolutionary 60's, and never stopped. Each of their collections defy fashion and its limits, would it be for Men or for Women. They developed a personal emphasis on easy-to-wear but visionary cuts, and an interest for eco-friendly proceedings : the use of fabrics like corn fibers, or a way to wash denim with laser instead of bleach to avoid water poisoning. Their beautiful flagship store on rue du Cherche-Midi reflects this kind of activism : the four floors open on a suspended garden. You'll find men and women clothes, and the Kids line too.
