Robert Linxe, the heart and soul of la Maison du chocolat, cultivates a refined taste with an exceptional quality, since the opening of his boutique in 1977. His philosophy : a chocolate less bitter.
For Robert, the quality of the cocoa is the most important element, for a chocolate that's sweet and not bitter. That's the reason that all sweets in his shop contain at least 65% cocoa. Rigourous and precise, Robert Linxe has surrounded himself with a team of master chocolate makers that perpetuate the tradition by making chocolates by hand. Unique and subtle creations: Truffles, assorted chocolates or fruit jellies...Here everything tastes delicious.
