Since “Scènes d’été” moved to La Villette, summer Sundays in Paris have become festive affairs. Three concerts in July and three in August in the Grande Halle de la Villette, will have you dancing the evening away to the best in World Music, in a total change of scene.
In 2010, to help you to forget the crisis and enjoy yourself on the cheap, the free concerts are back! And without lowering the quality of the artists who have made this friendly and open-minded festival so well known.
Outdoors, you can take advantage of visual feasts in the calm setting of the park. Inside, musicians, dancers and storytellers will transport you to their far-off countries, sharing their commitment to or simply their love of their homelands with you.
