Festival Rock en Seine 2010 - Saint-Cloud

Rock en Seine 2010

Massive Attack, Arcade Fire, Cypress Hill, Beirut… just some of the great groups you can listen to at this major rock festival.

From 27 To 29 August 2010
Domaine national de Saint-Cloud

Of course it’s rock! But not only rock, also folk, pop, punk, soul, hip hop, as always at the Rock en Seine Festival, every kind of music setting the stage on fire at the Domaine National de Saint-Cloud. An enchanting park with a magnificent view of Paris and tens of thousands of music lovers sitting on the grass around the old chateau for three days!

After Muse, Bjork, MGMT, Rita Mitsouko and White Stripes having performed in previous years, this year legendary groups are once again being lined up. On 27th, fans of Anglo-Saxon rock can see The Kooks, the group from Brighton, and Foals, the troublemakers from Oxford and also the already cult Californians Black Rebel Motorcycle Club. Hip hop and rap rock will be represented by legendary group Cypress Hill and Blink-182, re-formed last year, who will get the stage shaking.

The next day, time for electro with Chew Lips and Two Door Cinema Club. A bit of pop, sung by young Scot Paolo Nutini and above all the return to the stage of the Domaine National of Massive Attack who performed for the festival’s first year in 2003. And more headliners with none less than Queens of the Stone Age, LCD Soundsystem and the Belgian 2 Many DJs.

On 29th, Arcade Fire and Wave Machines will put on a rock show. And if you prefer folk music, come and listen to Beirut on the last day of the festival, alongside the soul, reggae, jazz and hip hop rhythms of Fat Freddy’s Drop.
