The biggest gathering of techno fans parades through the streets of Paris in September.
25 September 2010
It’s in Paris, it’s in September and it’s on a Saturday. And all the fans of “loud music” wait impatiently for the date to arrive.
Each year, in front of hundreds of thousands of people, 150 or more DJs let their decibels loose on Paris. Whether it goes from Bastille to République or from Denfert-Rochereau to Bastille, as it did last year, the important thing is to take part in this musical and festive parade. You can walk, dance and have fun all afternoon in a festive and carefree atmosphere, in front, next to or behind colourful floats.
Techno fans will be more than happy but also those more into electroclash, dub, tech house, new age, big beat or trance! In 2007, there were half a million people. Will this 12th year beat the record?
