During the summer, the Paris Plages evenings end with concerts every weekend in the Hôtel de Ville square.
From 23 Juily To 14 August 2010
Try as you might, you won’t be getting a tan after 8pm! So rather than staying in your deckchair or going home, the 7th Fnac Indétendances Festival invites you to cross the banks of the Seine and come to the Hôtel de Ville square.
From the end of July to mid-August, this festival known for its eclectic programme offers a dozen or so completely free concerts in the heart of Paris. In 2008, you were the first to discover the lively members of Caravan Palace on the Sully Bridge alongside James Deano and Rubin Steiner. In 2009 you enjoyed the talent of Amadou and Mariam, Mickey 3D and Peter von Poehl.
This year has wonderfully exhilarating or mystifying surprises in store once again. World Music, jazz, pop and rock: you will be spoilt for choice for your summer evenings!
