Riding your bike through the streets of Paris with a guide, way to go!

There can be no better way to take the city's pulse and enjoy the streetscape than by bike. The people at Paris à Vélo c’est Sympa (Paris by bike is great fun) invite you to explore the city in complete safety, away from the traffic and stress.

The circuits will take you off the beaten track. Indeed, Paris totals some 5000 streets, many of them hiding verdant spots, secret little refuges or unusual monuments.

These guided tours are a chance to take in the atmosphere of Paris in the early hours, or discover seemingly rural spots right in the heart of the city. See artists' workshops, or take a break in some quintessential open-air cafés, now the vestiges of the delightful Paris of yesteryear. Visits are in French and English. Dutch, German, Italian and Spanish are also available on request. And for something out of the ordinary, you can even hire a tandem!
