The warm weather in Paris brings with it thoughts of the long summer days to come. Parisians and tourists alike will be gathering outdoors to enjoy outside night-time activities that are brimming with fun. It's party time in the French capital!
With the first rays of sunshine, people take advantage of the greenery in the beautiful parks in Paris and spend hours reinventing the world on terraces dotted around quaint cobblestone squares. Spending summer in Paris means taking advantage of special summer events: dance performances in Parisian gardens, a non-stop variety of music festivals and other original events.
Major exhibitions are planned in the summer to best appreciate the cultural offerings of the city. Numerous events are on the agenda, from open-air cinemas and free concerts with all types of music, as well as flea markets and succulent gastronomic markets.
