The house is so demanding with the quality of the fresh products, that Bertillon only buys at the local Parisian market, Rungis. Made from milk, fresh cream, sugar, eggs and natural flavours, the rich taste of the ice cream has made it the most sought after address in the capital.
Naturally, you can take a seat in the Tea Room to discover the house specialities: caramel-pear, coffee-tiramisu or Mandarin chocolate, or you can take away an array of sweet treats. Gourmet lovers melt before the mouth watering list of fragrant creams!
