A tiny room in the attic. Lit by an oil-lamp, with neither wallpaper or sink, Room N°5 of the Auberge Ravoux is the last placed Van Gogh lived. The emptiness of this space, identical to the painters, makes this « suicide room », which has never been let since, a room full of memory and emotion.
On the ground floor, the restaurant has also conserved a 19th-century atmosphere. Same metal counter, same convivial atmosphere...and even the same dishes on the menu! Lentil salad, fish terrines and veal roasts...Ask to sit at Van Gogh's table, all the way in the back.
