Passage des Panoramas

Full of architectural treasures, this covered passage is one of the principal business areas of stamp collectors.

To enter the arched world of this small passage, situated between the Boulevard Montmartre in the north and the Rue Saint Marc in the south, don't hesitate to push open the doors of the different buildings. At n° 57, the Tea Room of the famous chocolatier Marquis, is installed in a 19th-century building with the original wooden columns in the entry, ornate mirrors and a crate ceiling.

A bit further on, a visit to the celebrated engraver Stern, is a must as well as the numerous stamp collectors. At n° 26, discover the antique postcard boutique, and just after the cabaret-restaurant «Crokenote», dedicated to traditional French music. End your tour in front of the famous Variety Theatre (théâtre des Variétés) owned by the French actor, Jean-Paul Belmondo.
